Here at FiberLight, we believe in providing our clients with reliable, resilient fiber infrastructure that powers their business forward. And in order to do that, we often find ourselves constructing new fiber routes across large sections of our country, conducting both regular and emergency maintenance on cell towers and propping up new antennas so that communications continue. In doing our “day jobs” we often encounter rugged landscapes, new challenges and even the once in a while encounter with mother nature and all that nature has to offer.
That’s the professional side.
On the personal side, we love our people, community, and the nature that surrounds us! Not long ago, our teams encountered an endangered species of toads who had made a home near one of our fiber routes. In living with our culture, our team stopped work and brought in a biologist to help migrate the endangered toads away so that the project could proceed. It’s this appreciation for our surroundings and nature that makes FiberLight an exceptional telecommunications provider.
Most recently we came together with the Atlanta Humane Society at our Headquarters in Alpharetta to present them with a $2,500 donation to help power their business forward! We have so many furry friends in our families that we felt it was right to support the organization that is caring for our local animals and finding the right home for each of them.
Thank you to our colleagues across the organization who contributed to this donation and we look forward to seeing more of our local animals in loving arms like the ones below!
